By inviting ZEON ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Bot. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Bot after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

ZEON is a multi-purpose Discord bot that provides various features including but not limited to:

By using ZEON, you agree to:

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Abusing or exploiting any Bot features or commands
• Attempting to overload or crash the Bot's systems
• Using the Bot to distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content
• Impersonating the Bot developers or staff
• Reselling or redistributing Bot access without authorization
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or bans

5. Premium Services

Certain features of ZEON may require a premium subscription. By purchasing premium:

• You acknowledge that premium features are provided "as is"
• Refunds may be issued at the discretion of the development team
• Premium status may be revoked for violation of these Terms
• Features and pricing may change with reasonable notice

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from service interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ZEON at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Bot will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZEON is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Bot will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Your use of the Bot is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZEON and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Bot.
